The Czech Republic comprises Bohemia and Moravia and is landlocked in Eastern Europe.

Tourism proves a valuable source of income for the Czech economy and in 1998 it was the 12th most popular destination in the world.
Prague rivals Paris as the most beautiful capital in Europe and is visited by most tourists. Other attractions include the Carpathian Mountains, which are a ski resort, and the many spa towns.
