UNESCO World Heritage Sites
A 181sq.mile landlocked principality, lying high in the east Pyrenees between France and Spain.
The climate and amazing scenery have attracted over ½ a million skiers to Andorra each year; tourism is the main source of income.
The principality held its first full elections in 1993. Prior to this it was a semifeudal state, ruled by French and Spanish co-princes.
